- Wisconsin’s full-time-time inter-district public school open enrollment program allows parents to apply for their children to attend school in a school district other than the one in which they reside. [Wis. Stats. § 118.51]
- Full-time open enrollment directions, forms, and additional information are available to be downloaded on the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) website.
Notes:
- We highly recommend all students considering Full-time enrollment with the Appleton eSchool to successfully complete at least one Appleton eSchool course before making the final decision to enroll with us.
- Open enrollment application period is from the first Monday in February through the last weekday in April. Please reference the state of Wisconsin open enrollment website for details.
To take part in full-time open enrollment:
- Register online at the State of Wisconsin Online Open Enrollment Website during the open enrollment application window.
- After being notified by AASD Transportation/Attendance office of acceptance into Appleton eSchool, complete the Appleton eSchool Enrollment Application
and return to the eSchool office.
- Any additional questions or follow can be directed to the Appleton Area School District website for enrollment: http://www.aasd.k12.wi.us/Parents/Enrollment.html
- If families decide after the first week of June and the eSchool office isn't notified prior, students and parents will be contacted during the last week of August.
