SchoolMessenger Non-Attendance Phone Calls
SchoolMessenger has the ability to place mass-phone calls
using the contact information that has been loaded into
Chancery. All contact information from Chancery is
rolled over to the SchoolMessenger system overnight.
Any information that is changed in Chancery, will be updated
in SchoolMessenger following the nightly update. These
instructions go through how to create a job within
SchoolMessenger to place the phone calls. Also
provided is information to create your own list of contact
information when the information is not available from
Chancery (ex: Staff Listing, etc.).
SchoolMessenger Attendance Phone Calls
SchoolMessenger has the ability to place mass-phone calls
using the Student ID. These instructions go through
what information to pull from Chancery (Student ID) and how
to import that list into SchoolMessenger. Once in
SchoolMessenger, the Student ID is used to pull the contact
information for the student. Also included in this
documentation is how to create a job in SchoolMessenger to
place the phone calls.
SchoolMessenger Email Only
SchoolMessenger has the ability to send mass-emails in
addition to mass-phone calls. To do so, you need to
create a listing of email addresses. This
documentation goes through the steps to create this list, as
well as how to create the job to send the emails.
