Think of creating the following
messages beforehand: one for when you aren't available and one
for when you are on the phone. Also, think of a password at
least four numbers long.

First press the button labeled "Voicemail"
on your phone.

You will then immediately be prompted
to go through the tutorial which will involve changing
your password and recording greetings.

You will be prompted to change your
password; you will do it a second time to confirm.
(NOTE: Do not use
a password that starts with 0)

You will go through a tutorial which will
allow you to record your greetings- one for when you aren't
available and one for when you are on the phone. You
can rerecord the message if you mess up so don't panic and
hang up.

You will record your first and last name.

After you finish the tutorial, we
recommend you try it out.

To check messages: Press the
Voicemail button on your phone, enter your password when
prompted. Follow the instructions to listen, delete or
save messages.

a button labeled Trans/Conf, or a button with an arrow
and picture of multiple heads.

Dial the phone number of
the next party of the conference. Again be sure to
follow the procedures for dialing out of the district.

Once the caller is on the
line, press the Transfer/Conference button again. You
will hear a beep and be in conference mode with all
parties.

To add another party, press
the Transfer/Conference button to repeat the procedure.
This can be done up to 6

Our system requires SSL - so please accept all SSL certificates

Your username and password (these are the same as you use to
login to the computer)
Note: The Exchange Server settings are case sensitive. Be sure
to enter uppercase and lowercase letters properly.
- From the Applications Menu, touch
Email.
- Type in your email address and password. Check the box only if
you want this to be your default email account. Touch Next.
- Touch Exchange Account.
- Enter your Exchange Server information
(see above) and touch Next.
Note: Select "Accept all SSL certificates"
- Your phone will check the incoming server settings.
- If everything is correct, the Account Options screen
will appear, allowing you to customize your account
settings.
- Finally, you will be asked to name this account
and enter the name that will be displayed on out going
messages.
- Touch Done when complete.

- Enter your Exchange account domain (aasd),
username and password.
- Enter a description for the Exchange account in the
space labeled "Description".
- Tap the "Next" button to connect to the
Exchange server.
- Enter your Server (mail.aasd.k12.wi.us)
- Tap the sliders next to the "Mail," "Contacts" and
"Calendars" options once the iPhone is connected to the
Exchange server. You can enable or disable each options.
Your iPhone will sync any option with a slider set to "ON"
to the Exchange server.
- Tap "Save" to save the changes made to
the Exchange server's options.
