Continuous School Improvement Process (CSIP)

Overview:

CSIP leads school teams through a ten-step, year-long process identified as: (1) Team Readiness, (2) Data Dig, (3) Clarifying Retreat, (4) Planning, (5) Commitment Retreat, (6) Site Team Meetings, (7) Implementation Visits, (8) Team Reflection Retreat, (9) Showcase Planning Retreat, and (10) Showcase Presentations. This work allows site teams to analyze data, develop their own hypotheses for the patterns they observe, engage in professional reflective collaboration about the patterns they observe, build team relationships and skills in collaboration, and develop district and building focused goals and action plan strategies for improvement anchored in the data.
