Mission Statement
Family and Consumer Education empowers students to manage the
challenges of living and working in a diverse global society. We
will prepare students to improve the global society through its
life span perspective with an applied integrative focus on
individual and family development, nutrition, health, consumer
and financial affairs, as well as fashion and design concepts.
