West High School is committed to ensuring that all students can pursue their education in a safe and orderly environment.  Many instances arise when a student may be aware of bullying, harassment, a dangerous situation, or an illegal situation but doesn't know what to do about reporting the incident.  West has developed the following procedure allowing for student reporting in a confidential manner The form below is provided for the reporting of any problem or situation that may occur or has occurred in school or outside of school and needs to be addressed by school administration and/or law enforcement.  Students or parents may complete the form.  Please provide as much information as possible to allow the issue to be addressed appropriately.

Feb. 13 Women’s Chorus Festival – 7:30 pm in the Auditorium
Feb. 17 No classes for students
Feb. 18 Spree Dance – Grand Meridian

Dear Parents:
Your child may have been exposed to a lab confirmed  case of pertussis  in a child participating in the Appleton North /West High School Marquette Mountain Ski Trip on Jan. 20 and Jan. 21, 2012.  If your child is infected, it is expected that your child could become ill no later than Feb. 11, 2012.

Thank you for voting for West in the Cellcom Project Innovate contest.  West took second place and will receive $15,000 in much needed technology. 
The Terror Backers continue to sell Kwik Trip Scrip to raise money for the Addition to Tradition project.  Scrip cards of $20 or $50 are available at the Business Office and most sporting events.

ACT PREP

Appleton West is offering prep courses for the ACT!!  The prep class will take place right before the  February ACT test.  The class will begin with a practice ACT exam, followed by study sessions in the days after.  Sign up early!
