Celebrating over 80 years of quality education

(1925-2009)

At Wilson Middle School we believe that all students can learn at high levels when we:

  • maintain and communicate high expectations
  • provide the highest quality instruction
  • create supportive learning environments that foster a sense of belonging
  • develop and maintain strong community and home-school connections

A note from the principal:

We are pleased to welcome you to Wilson Middle School – a learning community with high expectations and caring support.  It is an honor to be entrusted with the education of you or your children – a commitment we do not take lightly.  At Wilson, we strive for the academic success and personal growth of every student.

With four years of recognition as a New Wisconsin Promise School for closing achievement gaps and ever increasing state test scores, we are extremely proud of our students, staff, and parents, all of whom are dedicated to achieving high standards in a caring, supportive learning environment. While holding students to the same high standards, we have reduced student failure by nearly two-thirds in the past two years

Wilson Works!

We have changed the way students are entered in our Wilson Works! student support program. In order to benefit from this program, students and parents are asked to sign and submit a contract of commitment. If you would like to see your child benefit from the program, please return the signed contract to Mr. Magas or Mr. Weisse.
