Central and ACLC office is closed the month of July. August hours are 8:00 - 2:00, M - F.

Summer School:

Registration - CHS students not previous enrolled may register on the first day of summer school.

Two Hour Delay

Central HS AM: Students will have the option to complete make-up work or work in the ILS lab. Absences will be excused.

ACLC: Students Report at 11:00

Central HS PM: Regular Schedule. 5th Hour classes will meet.

The Appleton Central High School and Appleton Community Learning Center are creative educational institutions designed to serve youths with problems that cannot be dealt with in a traditional school setting or its at-risk programs. We provide an alternative method of continued learning in an atmosphere which is sensitive and suited to the development of the intellectual, physical and social capabilities of our students. This is accomplished within an educational environment that is healthy, safe, trusting, caring and challenging. Every effort is made by staff to assist our most at-risk youth in changing previous patterns of failure into patterns of success.
