2017-18 Registration, Fees, Immunizations

The month of July brings warmer weather, summer vacations, and registration information.

Online Registration
Online registration for all Appleton Area School District families is now open. Registration information can be found on the district website. Prompt registration allows us to properly schedule buses, assign teachers, and provide any other services that might be necessary. Early registration allows us to provide the individual and personal attention your children deserve.  

When logging on to the Infinite Campus Portal to complete the registration for your child/ren, please select "Online Registration" on the left panel. You will complete one registration for your entire household.

Confirm all your students are listed and marked as included on your application when you begin. You will be directed from screen to screen as you review and update your household/contact, and student related information. Remember to hit Save/Continue at the bottom of each page. Be sure to click "Submit" as the final step of the process. Shortly after the submission of your registration, the information will be reviewed and approved.

Meal Benefits Application and Payment of Fees
Also available via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal is the ability to complete the 2017-18 Meal Benefits Application and pay 2017-18 school fees.  If you feel that your child/ren qualify for free or reduced meals or waived school fees (including those attending CEP schools*), please fill out the Meal Benefit Application.

When logging into the Portal, these items are also available on the left hand side under “Applications/Forms” and “Payments”. 

*CEP schools for 2017-18 include: Appleton Bilingual School, Columbus Elementary, Badger Elementary, Horizons Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, Lincoln Elementary

We are asking that all families complete the online registration and online payments prior to the registration dates held at your child/ren's school. Please see your student’s school website for information on these dates. If you bring a printed copy of your payment receipt to registration, you will be able to proceed quickly through the registration line. 

Immunization Information
Per Wisconsin law, students are required to be fully immunized or have a signed waiver on file. There are additional immunization requirements for incoming Kindergarten and grade 6 students.  If your child has not yet received the appropriate immunizations, please schedule an appointment with your health care provider or the City of Appleton Health Department/Outagamie County Health Department before September.  

Please remember, you are asked to attend on-site registration at your child/ren's school site(s) even if you have completed registration and payment online. Depending on grade level, your student(s) may receive their photo ID, class schedule lockers/locks and other school related items during the on-site registration.  If you have questions regarding the on-site registration session(s) held at your child/ren’s school, please see the school website
