Registration and Enrollment for 4K, New, and Existing Families

The district’s required annual registration is available via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal where you will confirm and/or update your student/family’s information.

Now would be a great time to verify that your portal account is active; if you need help in establishing your account please contact the helpdesk at for assistance. If you need to reset your username and/or password, please see the instructions on the portal.

Existing AASD students/parents/guardians will be able to complete many of the annual registration items online, though everyone is still encouraged to attend the registration events at their school(s). New students and parents/guardians also have the opportunity to begin the AASD registration process online.

Why Register Early?

Prompt registration allows us to properly schedule buses, assign teachers, and provide any other services that might be necessary. Early registration allows us to provide the individual and personal attention your children deserve.

What do I need for Registration?
The parent or guardian should be prepared to fill out an enrollment form, home language form, student immunization record, health, and emergency cards when registering your child(ren). A birth certificate is required for child(ren) being registered into Kindergarten.

    *Please note, you will only enroll your 4K student at this time. Other AASD students will be registered at a later date.

    If you are a new parent/guardian enrolling a new student into the AASD for the 2017-18 school year, and you do not have a user name and password or any existing student(s) enrolled in the AASD.

    *** The preferred Internet browsers are Google Chrome and Firefox, and please make sure to allow pop-ups for the online enrollment process. Mobile devices (tablets and smart phones) cannot be used for this process.

    If you have forgotten your username or  password you can retrieve this information from the parent portal by selecting “Help”.  If you need further assistance please contact the district IT Helpdesk via phone (920-993-7062 ext. 0) or email (, you will need to validate your personal information for account creation.

    Is My Data Accurate and Complete?

    To ensure data accuracy, make sure that all of the information is correct and complete. Here are some questions that can help with the data review:

    • Are there any siblings (sisters or brothers) or guardians missing from the household?
    • Is there anyone listed in the account that should not be listed?
    • Are the relationships to the student correct?

    Important Notes

    • Every parent will need a valid email address to add to the Infinite Campus Parent account. If you do not have an existing email address, you can create one for free. Some of the more prominent free email sites are:

    • You are still encouraged to physically attend your building registration to complete other required/optional tasks.
    • It is highly recommended that you complete the online enrollment portion before your building registration.
    • Computer stations will be available during the onsite registration process for parents that still need to complete the online enrollment expectation.
    • Don’t forget to submit your online enrollment application (big red submit button) once all student information has been entered and verified.

    What Can I Do Online?

    The online enrollment process allows a parent/guardian/adult student the ability to complete the following forms and tasks prior to registration:

    • Parent Contact/Demographic Info
    • Student Contact/Demographic Info
    • View/Approve AASD Policies
    • Pay School Fees (available in July through the Portal)

    How Do I Pay School/Meal Fees?

    Parents may pay assessed student fees and/or meal accounts via the portal beginning in July.

    Also available via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal is the ability to complete the 2017-18 Meal Benefits Application and pay 2017-18 school fees. If you feel that your child/ren qualify for free or reduced meals or waived school fees (including those attending CEP schools*), please fill out the Meal Benefit Application. 

    When logging into the Portal, these items are also available on the left hand side under “Applications/Forms” and “Payments”. 

    *CEP schools for 2017-18 include: Appleton Bilingual School, Columbus Elementary, Badger Elementary, Horizons Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, Lincoln Elementary

    Depending on grade level, your student(s) may receive their photo ID, class schedule lockers/locks and other school related items during the on-site registration. If you have questions regarding the on-site registration session(s) held at your child/ren’s school, please see the school website.
