Now that I have registered/created an account for my eSchool course(s), what are my next steps? (If you have not registered/created an account, go to our eSchool registration page.)

1. User Name and Password:

If you successfully created a guardian account and student account in our eSchool system, you were emailed a User Name and Password that is to be used to access your requested course once the two activities listed below have been completed. If you do not remember your credentials, they can be recovered on our log in page.

• NOTE: The eSchool student contract must be signed and uploaded to the online student profile before requesting a course and being placed into the online orientation.

2. Complete Online orientation:

• Students: Complete online orientation mini-course

• Parents/Guardians: Validate email address, verify contact information, co-sign student contract (required to request a course).

4. Start your course

Be sure to remember that you must be on pace throughout your eSchool course. Reference your pace plan due dates in the grade book.

5. Student and parent training:

In addition to the videocast directions provide on the website for parents and guardians, the Appleton eSchool is offering student and parent training events on the following dates during the 2012-2013 school year. These events will help students and parents clarify any questions regarding accounts and assist with any possible technical questions families may have.

• August 20 - 1pm - 4pm: Stop by the eSchool office at East High School for assistance
• September 10 - 6:15pm - 8:30pm: Visit the eSchool table at East High School for assistance
• November 8 - 12:30pm - 3:30pm & 5:30pm - 7:45pm: Stop by the eSchool office for assistance at East High School
• March 26 - 12:30pm - 3:30pm & 5:30pm - 7:45pm: Stop by the eSchool office for assistance at East High School
