Assistant Superintendent for ACI Announced

The District Leadership Team recently completed interviews of both internal and external candidates for the position of Assistant Superintendent for Assessment, Curriculum, and Instruction (ACI).  

We are pleased to announce that Steve Harrison has been selected to move into the Assistant Superintendent for ACI role beginning on July 1, 2019, pending board approval on Monday, May 20th.

Steve has served as a Curriculum Director in the AASD for the last four years and as the District Liaison for the Teaching and Learning Department for one year.

Prior to coming to the AASD, Steve was an Assistant Principal at Oshkosh West High School and a Biology and Chemistry Teacher at Oshkosh West and North High Schools, and Badger High School in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

His proven success as a strong, responsive leader who is committed to working collaboratively to promote continuous improvement at all levels, his dedication to serving the students, staff and families of the AASD and his expertise and follow through with leading large district initiatives will make him an outstanding Assistant Superintendent for ACI.
