During the Board of Education meeting on January 13, the Board approved the repurposing of the Columbus Elementary School building for other educational purposes starting with the 2025-2026 school year. The AASD Director of Secondary Education - English Language Arts/World Languages/Social Studies is reviewing instructional materials for their courses. As part of the adoption process, AASD staff members, students, parents, and residents are provided with the opportunity to examine and contribute feedback on the recommended instructional materials.
