Dual Credit
AASD empowers students to jumpstart their futures with college credit, industry certifications, and advanced coursework —all designed to prepare students for success, while saving families money.
Last year, 1,194 students earned over 5,000 credits through Fox Valley Technical College dual credit opportunities, saving families more than $800,000.
Get a head start on college by earning college credit in high school. Dual Credit courses are Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) courses, taught at your high school by a certified high school teacher. High school teachers are mentored by FVTC faculty to duplicate competencies, curriculum, and assessment.
The credits and grades you earn will apply to both high school and college graduation at no cost to the school district or family.
