  • Promote Wisconsin’s vision to address the needs of all students through the use of an RtI framework;
  • Showcase examples of the Wisconsin RtI framework implementation throughout the state;
  • Promote school-to-school sharing of practices.

The AASD would like to congratulate the following schools:

School of Distinction

School of Merit

We are proud of each of our schools in the AASD for their sustained effort in providing a safe, predictable, positive and consistent learning environment for Every Child, Every Day!!
Schools are able to apply for recognition each year in any or all of the following areas: reading, mathematics, or behavior. There are two levels of recognition awarded; Schools of Merit implement elements of the Wisconsin RtI framework with integrity.

Schools of Distinction sustain these elements for at least two years and are using disaggregated student-level data to inform implementation.
