Free & Reduced

Families only need to submit one Free and Reduced-price school meal application per household, even if your children attend more than one school in the Appleton Area School District. Families can also apply for Free and Reduced meals online starting July 8 through the Infinite Campus portal or via the applications below that can be turned in to your school or the Food Service Office

Families may apply or reapply at any time during the school year. For example, children with a parent or guardian who becomes unemployed or experiences financial hardship may become eligible for free and reduced-price meals if the household income drops below the income limit.

Please ensure that you are also completing the Sharing Information with Other Programs form in addition to the Free and Reduced form. This form allows the District Food Service program to share your information with your school, which may lead to a waiver of fees in: Elective Course Material Fees, Co-Curricular / Participation Fees, and Instrumental Rental Fees.
