WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS TO THE BOARD
It is the belief of the Board of Education that keeping open communication with the public is critical to its proper functioning.
The Board will ensure that its members have knowledge of the written communications directed to the Board as a whole from the public and those that direct such communications to the Board as a whole will know that Board members have received those written communications.
All written communications received by the District, which are addressed to the Board as a whole, will be copied and distributed to all Board members either by U.S. mail, in the agenda materials for the next Board meeting, or shared at the beginning of the meeting.
