STAFF INVOLVEMENT IN DECISION MAKING

The Board will encourage employees to contribute their ideas for the betterment of the School District. The staff will be asked to help in developing policies and regulations, establishing goals and objectives, and planning curriculum, services, budget, and facilities.

In devising rules and procedures for the operation of the schools, administrators will seek the suggestions of those employees who will be affected by such provisions. The professional staff will be given the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and to recommend policies and regulations pertaining to students and instruction in establishing goals and planning budget and facilities.
