PROHIBITING THE USE OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR POLITICAL ACTIVITY

In accordance with the Hatch Act (5USC 1501-1508) and Intergovernmental Personnel Act of 1970, as amended by Title VI of the Civil Service Reform Act, federal funds cannot be used for partisan political activity of any kind by any person or organization involved in the administration of federally-assisted programs.
