The AASD is known throughout the area as a progressive district that emphasizes individualism, empathy, and community-oriented learning. From our thriving music and theatre programs to our impressive sports teams and everywhere in between, our tradition of high expectations is evident.

We understand that choosing your child’s school is a significant decision. We're confident that your child will grow and learn in an inclusive, high-achieving environment and find their own version of Success for Every Student, Every Day.

New Families

When new families move into the Appleton Area School District, we ask that you enroll your students as soon as possible. Enrollment can be completed online.

Enrollment can also be completed in-person at our Welcome Center, located 2701 North Oneida Street, Suite C3, Appleton, WI. The Welcome Center has access to interpreters and can assist with questions you may have about enrollment in the Appleton Area School District.

We encourage you to consult the School Boundary Map to determine which neighborhood school your student will attend. If you'd like to confirm which school your student(s) will attend, please call (920) 832-6116.

Prompt enrollment allows us to properly schedule buses, assign teachers, and provide any other services that might be necessary.  Early enrollment allows us to provide the individual and personal attention your children deserve.

The parent or guardian should be prepared to complete enrollment information that includes home language, student immunization record, health, and emergency contacts when enrolling your student.

When enrolling your student, you will be asked to verify your address by providing a utility bill, phone bill, or bank statement showing your current address.
