22-23 Registration, Fees, Immunizations

The month of July brings warmer weather, summer vacations, and registration information. Read on for information on student registration, completion of the Meal Benefits Application, payment of fees and information regarding immunizations.

Online Registration
Online registration for all Appleton Area School District families is now open. Registration information can be found on the district website. Prompt registration allows us to properly schedule buses, assign teachers, and provide any other services that might be necessary. Early registration allows us to provide the individual and personal attention your children deserve.  

When logging on to the Infinite Campus Portal to complete the registration for your child/ren, please select "More" on the left panel, then " Online Registration" at the very bottom of the center panel. You will complete one registration for your entire household. Confirm all your students are listed and marked as included on your application when you begin. You will be directed from screen to screen as you review and update your household/contact, and student related information. Remember to hit Save/Continue at the bottom of each page. Be sure to click "Submit" as the final step of the process. Shortly after the submission of your registration, the information will be reviewed and approved. 

If you do not have a portal account, please contact the helpdesk via email for assistance in creating an account.   

Incoming 4K families, if you have already enrolled your child, you have completed your 4K student's registration. If you have additional children that will attend the Appleton Area School District, you will need to complete the registration for those children. You will see your 4K child listed in the student area, please be sure to click on the 4K child record and proceed through the questions as you will be asked to verify the information as you do annually for your older students. Please be sure to answer all questions, including those for your 4K child. 

Meal Benefits Application and Payment of Fees
Also available via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal is the ability to complete the Meal Benefits Application and pay school fees. If you feel that your child/ren qualify for free or reduced meals or waived school fees (including those attending CEP schools*), please fill out the Meal Benefits Application. When logging into the Portal, the Meal Benefit Application is also available on the center panel under "Meal Benefits". To pay fees, please see the instructions by clicking here.

We are asking that all families complete the online registration and online payments as soon as possible. Please see your student's school website for information on if on-site registration sessions will be held. By bringing a printed copy of your payment receipt to registration, you will be able to proceed quickly through the registration line. 

Interpreter assistance available
Interpreters will be available at Enrollment Services/the AASD Welcome Center throughout the month of August. Please see the Welcome Center website for details and schedules, once available.

Immunization Information
Per Wisconsin law, students are required to be fully immunized or have a signed waiver on file. There are additional immunization requirements for incoming Kindergarten and grade 6 students.  If your child has not yet received the appropriate immunizations, please schedule an appointment with your health care provider or the City of Appleton Health Department/Outagamie County Health Department before September.  

Depending on grade level, attendance at on-site registration sessions MAY NOT BE REQUIRED, if you have completed your online registration. For questions regarding the on-site registration session(s) held at your child/ren's school, please see the school website
