Appleton Area School District Arts League
This new after-school program, in partnership with Arts for All Wisconsin, is designed to provide inclusive, non-competitive arts experiences for students in grades 6-12 with disabilities.
The Arts League offers quality programming in

Eligibility includes students with disabilities who benefit from adapted programming to safely and meaningfully engage in the arts. We’re proud to foster artistic expression and inclusion through the Arts League—helping every student shine creatively!
Mission
The mission of the Arts League is to provide Appleton area students of all abilities in grades 6-12 with inclusive opportunities to experience and engage in quality arts programming—including visual arts, dance, theater, and other creative arts—in a non-competitive, supportive environment. The goal is to foster artistic expression, creativity, and community participation for all students, embracing diversity and accessibility.

If you'd like to volunteer as a Peer Helper, sign up here to volunteer for one or all of the sessions.
Schedule
The program will run in three sessions throughout the school year at accessible locations, with support from skilled arts teachers, peer helpers, and Special Education staff.
Sessions will typically meet weekly for a set number of weeks. *Locations will be selected for accessibility and convenience, with flexibility to use different sites as needed.
