Our comprehensive two-year induction program is designed to welcome and support new educators. It includes:
- Ongoing Orientation: Regular training sessions to help new staff integrate seamlessly into our district.
- Support Seminars: Professional development seminars aligned with Wisconsin educator standards.
- New Educator Mentoring: A mentor to provide ongoing instruction and support to educators.

Staff Development AASD is committed to the continuous growth of our teachers through a variety of development programs, including:

- Cultural and Linguistic Response Training: Enhancing educators' abilities to meet the needs of all students.
- Master’s Degree Program: In partnership with UW-Oshkosh, we offer a Master's in Teaching and Learning at a fraction of the traditional cost. This program is tailored to develop instructional expertise within an AASD Cohort.
