Appleton Area School District’s Enrollment Services welcomes you!

When new families move into the Appleton Area School District, we ask that you register your child(ren) as soon as possible. Prompt registration allows us to properly schedule buses, assign teachers, and provide any other services that might be necessary.

The Appleton Area School District requires enrollment for new students (4K - grade 12) and annual registration for existing students (KG - grade 12). 

How do I enroll my new student/s?
Parents/guardians are encouraged to complete online registration for their new student(s).

New families can also visit Enrollment Services at the district’s Welcome Center for assistance completing the online registration. Families will receive information specific to the school their child will attend, as well as information on transportation, food service, charter schools, attendance boundaries, EL programs, and Special Education programs.

What do I need for Enrollment/Registration?
The parent/guardian should be prepared to complete an online application containing demographic information, emergency contact phone numbers, name and phone number of your child’s doctor, medical information, and language information.

After your child’s online application has been submitted, you may be asked to provide a birth certificate, address verification and immunization records to your student’s school.
